After serving for Turkish Air Force as a Navigator for 25 years, Hanifi Aslaner retired form the Air Force in 2015 and began to serve as an Advocate.
Hanifi Aslaner graduated from Air Force Instutude in 1991 and from Ankara University Law School in 1996. He has served as an International Observer in Palestine in TIPH (Temporary International Presence in The City of Hebron), as Liasion Officer in Afghanistan as a NATO officer, an in Germany Geilenkirchen NATO AWACS as a Navigator. He served in Air Force HQ and the Turkish General Staff as the head of the Air Transportation branch. He has a degree of MS on International Relations (Masters Thesis: The effect of Functional Airspace Block Initiative to the Turkish-Greek Airspace Dispute) and Ph.D. of Political Science and Public Administration in “Public Administration Institute for Turkey and Middle East (TODAIE)”.
He is happily married and has two boys. He has fluent English.
