WHO WE ARE
Our Firm, Hakan KİTAPÇI, was founded in 2015 by two close friends who have a lot of experience on civil engineering and civil aviation law in their former jobs. Today, with its young and dynamic team of lawyers, it serves people, companies and financial institutions. We are dedicated to help our clients resolve their most complex legal challenges wherever they are.
We are ready to play a role in the legal aspects of many of the market-transforming developments of the Turkish economy. We also regularly advise clients on some of the most important cross-border litigation and arbitration that impacts Turkey.
Our team has built deep relationships with market leaders across many sectors, resulting in feasible and practical insight into how to get transactions done. Our clients include some civil aviation, medical and energy companies, both public and private, locally-based and international.
Our Firm give legal assistance to our Turkish and foreign clients in almost all areas of Turkish law, including but not limited to corporate and Mergers&Acquision, litigation, domestic and international arbitration, competition law, banking and finance, labor law, tax, intellectual property and corporate governance.
